Fri: Run 3 miles
¬
Sat: Shoulders, Abs, Teach Step and Sculpt Class @ World Gym
¬
Sun: Spin or elliptical 30 min, Legs, Abs
DIET:
¬ Meal 1: 6 whites, ½ c. oatmeal
¬ Meal 2: pure protein bar
¬ Meal 3: Chicken breast, ½ sweet potato, ½ cup spinach
¬ Meal 4: Myoplex lite protein shake or protein pudding
¬ Meal 5: Large salad, tuna or cod, ¼ c. brown rice
Drink at least 1 gallon of water!
